The confidential contact person is the first point of contact within Dito if you have questions about or have had to deal with situations in which you did not feel comfortable, such as sexual harassment, bullying or other undesirable behavior. In such cases, you can turn to the confidential contact person.

A confidential contact person is there to listen to you and tries to understand you as well as possible. If you want to, you can explore possible follow-up steps together; the contact person can provide advice. Finally, they can also refer you to other institutions, such as an external confidential advisor or counsellor.

The confidential contact person is independent of the board. Conversations are always confidential, unless there is a need to involve others (e.g. when a law is broken).

You can therefore contact the confidential contact person if you have experienced something yourself, but also if you are worried about someone else. If you still have questions, you can always ask the confidential contact person!
