Board
The Dito Board
The board of directors is Dito’s governing body. It makes sure policy is created and executed correctly.
The board consists of an executive committee and four general directors. These are posted below.
Chair
The chair leads the board and prepares decisions on policy. It makes sure everything within Dito goes the way it is supposed to and is the first point of contact for other organisations.
Secretary
The secretary does a variety of tasks. The most important are: keeping data on volunteers up to date, answering mail and taking minutes in meetings.
Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for the financial flows. They make sure there is enough money to fund activities, monitor the account, and make sure subsidies are granted.
External relations
The director of external relations takes care of all long term contact with other institutions such as, but not limited to, the Nijmegen Municipality, COC, and the Roze Huis (Pink House).
Internal affairs
Het bestuurslid Intern is verantwoordelijk voor het werven van- en contacthouden met Dito’ers. Daarnaast overziet dit bestuurslid activiteiten van de Introductiegroepen, Jong&Out envoorzit.nl SchoolsOut.
Media&PR
The director of media and P.R. is responsible for the Dito marketing communication strategy. Also they intend the organisation of MilQ (parties).
Activities
The director of activities is responsible for all general activities. Examples of these are the monthly drinks, the Pink Lunch and the game nights.
